Lighter Repair Info

    • Pack your lighters safely.

    • Include requested info in the package with your lighter(s)

    • Ship to Elegant Lighters at 3450 Asheville Hwy, Hendersonville, NC 28791

    • Once we receive your lighter(s), you will be sent an invoice within 72 hours via email detailing cost of repairs

    • We do not begin repairs until payment on the invoice is made

    • Turnaround time on repairs is generally 2-3 weeks from the date of payment

    • You will be emailed tracking info as soon as your lighter(s) is shipped back to you

    • All return shipments will have insurance and signature required added

    • First Name / Last Name

    • Email Address (invoice will be sent here)

    • Return Shipping Address

    • Receipt or Proof of Purchase if lighter is to be covered under warranty

    • Any specific requests (otherwise all lighters will undergo normal overhaul)

    • Restoring to perfect working order

    • Cleaning inside and out

    • Polishing if applicable

    • 1 Year Warranty on all repairs
